The story about overcoming PTSD was wasted… but they became kinda iconic anyway.
All these characters deserved better. I’m done with what this show has become, so poorly and lazily written. Too much depression about wasted potential for me.
Probably the most iconic character I’ve seen in the last decade, and I really miss her.
I’ve never really related to that character, but we certainly have something in common: we both draw… like a lot. I found the “Bitanic” scene in season 3 hilarious, as I saw that we actually have a really similar behaviour when we’re drawing. When the scene started I could totally hear my mom in my head complaining about the position she was sitting (“don’t draw like that, go to a table!”), then she’s embarrased when Lexa gets up and sees her heartfelt drawing (it’s pretty deep since she’s drawing the real her, not the Commander), and finally, the panic attack when that jerk Titus enters the room and may see the way she really sees Lexa (the gif with the caption is really graphic).
Yep, that would totally be my reaction too.
Ps: so many candles 😀 and yes, Clarke’s hair in season 3 is still tragic 🙄
Goodbye 2016, you were extremely stressing and annoying. You just sucked 😦
Ok, I took the time to do this right instead of doodling a racoon with heart eyes 😛 This is my first artistic drawing done by heart in years, so here’s my tribute to Heda Lexa Kom Trikru, with those classic sad eyes when she’s looking away.
Lexa was probably the most iconic TV character I’ve seen in along very time. Even though the girl who played her was just a guest star she totally owned The 100. I’ve never fooled myself about it, Heda was was totally going to die, but I didn’t expect her to be so lazily written off with the stereotypical accidental death “because she just happened to be gay” 😦
Reshop, Heda. Your fans will remember you as both the intimidating warrior and that big softie who really loved candles.
Friend: So you’re drawing on the phone now, can you draw Lexa for me?
Me: I’m too tired for that now…
Friend: Pretty please?
Me: 🙄 (drawing intensifies, then shows results)
Friend: … You’re a jerk, but it’s still funny.
